They were very professional and thorough in explaining what was wrong with my BMW 540i after the inspection. I brought my car in for an oil change and since it was the first time there, they did a courtesy inspection. The inspection includes pictures, which I thought was very helpful and you have access to the reports digitally. They broke it down into different levels like, needs immediate repairs and keep an eye on etc...Overall, I’m happy with the service and will bring my car there for future services.
