As I did my web search for a repair shop for my '98 M3, I was quite impressed with Broad Stroke's business CV. I made an appointment and made the trip along SR 9. I must say that my first impression as I walked in was more than I expected. The friendly greeting, professionalism, and detailed knowledge of everything BMW was extraordinary. Though I had two problems that had brought me in, their inspection nailed not only those two but also the delayed maintenance and other necessary servicing. The detailed explanations, descriptions, and estimates were spot on - I'm an engineer - and there was no pressure to do more than what I'd originally requested. I gave the ok for nearly everything they'd identified and I have to say that they knew my E36 better than I did. I was kept apprised as work went on and when I arrived to bring the car home, the level of detail describing what they'd repaired or replaced and why exceeded anything I'd experienced before from an auto shop. The drive home felt like when I first drove the new car in Munich. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the outstanding friendliness of everyone, surpassed only by the technical level of knowledge they all have. Suffice to say my M3 has found an establishment where her well-being is cherished nearly as much as I cherish her.
