I recently had the folks at Broadstroke work on my 2014 Audi A6 3.0T, taking care of a laundry list of maintenance/fluid flushing items, HVAC cleaning, sparkplugs changed, coilover adjustment and alignment, along with the 60k service. Anastasiya is a great face to the company - friendly and smiling, responding quickly to my emails, having great knowledge of the repairs and process, all the while keeping me informed of progress along the way - couldn't ask for more. I never knew my dash cam would automatically record even when the car/power was off, but now I do, and had some footage of the tech not being too pleased with my car's computer/interface at one point. I can only assume that Audi is relatively new for them and there is a learning curve to everything, but by the comments made, he clearly prefers BMW, lol! All in all the work done was quality, and they back that with a 3yr/36k warranty. Being able to have my entire list of to-do's done at one shop, was wonderful; and the complimentary loaner car, so that I didn't have to arrange having a family/friends take me to/from the shop was the icing on the cake!! I would take my car back to Broadstroke again without hesitation, especially as they get more Audi's through the shop, and learn the ins/outs of the different brand!! I would much rather support this local family owned shop, rather than a large dealer in the city, and am so glad they now service Audi's as well as BMW/Mini's. Keep up the good work Parker and team!!
