Took my 2006 BMW X5 in for an oil Change and to see how it checked out for their complimentary safety check. Spoke with Anastasia on Tuesday and verified they only use LiquiMoly and was scheduled for Thursday. They got busy and contacted me to inquire about moving my appointment to Friday, if I was able. This actually worked better for me so I took the Friday appointment. Jeff was very apologetic about any inconvenience, but I was happy with Friday as it fit my schedule better. I came in Friday morning and the office was very clean with an EPIC custom glass table on an engine block! Lindsay showed me my courtesy vehicle and went over how everything works. The car was phenomenal and very beautiful! Lindsay was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Jeff sent me a link with a detailed list of all the findings for my vehicle along with pictures. Broad Stroke is AMAZING! I could not be happier, my car runs great after the oil change and I have a full report of all their findings. Broad Stroke for the WIN!!! I will definitely use them for any future services needed.

I took my car into broad stroke a few days after I bought it and asked them if they could fully inspect my car and let me know any issues with it. Once the mechanic had fully looked over my car they were really helpful with telling me what’s wrong, when it needs to be fixed, and how I should I go about doing it. Overall 10/10 experience everyone in there was awesome!

No games or recommending work that doesn’t need to be done. Honest people who stand behind their work. Great alternative to the BMW dealerships who always overcharge.
